Jim Green

James E. Green joined Marion Polk Food Share as Director of Finance in 2018.

Jim’s financial background includes working as a CPA for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in both Los Angeles and Seattle. For two decades he was chief financial officer of a Salem-based aviation fuel company selling fuel throughout North America. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Board and on the audit committee for other local non-profit organizations, and he is a Board member of a local community bank.

Jim is a graduate of University of California at Santa Barbara and has an MBA from University of California at Los Angeles.

A resident of Salem for over 20 years, Jim and his spouse, Raquel, raised three children and now have 10 grandchildren. He recently hiked half the Pacific Crest Trail and sometimes climbs mountains.
