Rick Gaupo’s 2020 Food Share Update

Though 2020 was a challenging year for us all, it was especially difficult for our neighbors who struggled to put food on the table. Pandemic and wildfires brought hunger and food insecurity into many households for the first time, and demand for food assistance in our area was higher than it’s ever been.

Despite the difficulties of a tumultuous year, our community came together to provide incredible support to make sure hungry children, families and seniors had enough to eat. Thanks to the generous donations of funds, food and time by thousands of local individuals, businesses and organizations, people struggling to make ends meet in our community didn’t have to go hungry.
